The first session is an informal discussion with your mentor designed to understand where you are in your preparation and then form a strategy on how to improve your answers and skills.
The next 3 sessions all begin with a mock interview followed by immediate feedback from your mentor.
Your mentor will not only give advice on how to effectively tell your story but also work with you on improving how you present yourself.
